Especially, "Ultra clean gas cylinder" of the stainless cylinder jointly developed with Engineering department of Tohoku University excludes foreign substances, and takes pride in an overwhelming share in the field such as the semiconductor manufacturing.

It applies to stainless steel welded cylinders and stainless seamless cylinders.

Barrel polishing

It applies to Mn steel seamless cylinders.

Electrolysis compound polishing

It applies to stainless steel welded cylinders and convex type stainless steel cylinders.

The specification of the cylinder: blast process, acid wash process, barrel polish process, and electrolytic treatment. It is possible to correspond to all high purity gases.
*Possible to joint any kinds of thread.
It can connect to the thread for tube, the thread for usual compressed gas cylinder, the Swagelok fitting, and the VCR fitting.
